Our lives now include living at one of the nicest senior communities in the USA. Rossmoor in Walnut Creek, CA. We will still travel in the RV but not full time.

I am so excited that Teresa Mesler who took the boat trip with her mom and partner, Grace and us sent me her photos of the dolphins.  She had a wonderful camera and it captured the frolicking of the dolphins that I mentioned in yesterday’s blog.  Of course she was a wonderful photographer and delightful to share time with.  In fact she was my angel of the day.  She heard me tell the captain that I was worried that I would get sea sick as it was a very windy day.  Of course he said that I would not get sea sick.  Teresa walked up to me outside with two pills, smiled and said that she had heard the conversation and understood my concern.  That 4 hours on the boat was wonderful because of her intervention.

In teresa’s e mail she told me that she and Grace were inspired by us to get a motorhome some day after retirement and to go on the road.  I certainly encourage people that we meet to do just that.  It has been one of my best experiences and Russ concurs.  We are in Fort Lauderdale tonight and the stars are hidden by the surrounding lights of the area.  I will never forget the nights at Chocoloskee Island.  Bright stars in dark sky.  Beautiful beyond words. Thank God that the Everglades have been protected.
